Some days can be pretty chaotic and in the end you still feel as though you did nothing.
Side Note: awaiting the new beta of flickr export for Apple’s Aperture.

Another New York Shot.
The plan is to take as many shots as I can when we go there over Christmas. Better stock up on memory cards.
WOW - 2 posts in 2 days - amazing :)

Somedays you just need a coffee and a big slice of cake.
Boston Cream in case you were wondering.

This is from the book signing “Terry” in Chapters, Vancouver a few years ago.
It was strange meeting Douglas Coupland for the first time after all those years of reading (and re-reading) all his books.
This reminds me, I haven't re-read Microserfs for a couple months :)

Should be fun.

WWDC San Francisco begins today - will there be:
iPhone v2
Rebranding of .Mac
Apple Tablet
One more thing?
Less than 9 hours until the Reality Distortion Field that surrounds Steve Jobs takes to the stage and we all hang on his every word.

It just goes to show that anything to do with Apple will get views (and was even favourited by one person) on flickr.
This was a shot of my Airport Express Router at night (obviously).

Pantone 453: The colour chosen by Jerry Manock for the original Macintosh. This colour started a trend (Beige Boxes) throughout the whole industry up until the launch of the Bondi Blue iMac.
I read this little bit of information in the book - Inside Steve’s Brain (Leander Kahney). Great book with some very interesting insights in to the way Steve Jobs runs both Apple & Pixar.

Bruce Gilden. Street Photography.
"All these people that I photograph, they are like my friends. I have no ethics. Anyone who gives you this ethics, I mean, c'mon, give me a break."
Bruce Gilden
This guy has a lot of nerve doing this on the streets of New York. The end results are amazing and really do capture the look, feel and even smell of the streets of New York. This is street photography at its best.

Delivery from Chapters this week. Should be some interesting reading ahead.
I really should write something on this blog rather than just posing photos. So here we go. Never know, this may become a habit.
